The Complementary and Integrative Health (CIH) Waiver exists largely thanks to the advocacy and lobbying efforts of the Chanda Center for Health, which continues to be a leading resource for participants.

Through the PALCO program offered by the Chanda Center, waiver participants can access services from providers who are not yet enrolled with Medicaid. Participants select a licensed professional in their area, and PALCO assists with the administrative and enrollment process in exchange for a small portion of the provider rate. If none of the listed providers are able to meet your needs, the PALCO program may be a helpful alternative.
